Call Me Sometime by Kelaiah Call Me Sometime by Kelaiah
Here is the flirtatiously lovely squirrelmaid Celandine with the rougish Crosstooth.

Celandine: Ooooo, soooo haaaandsommmmme! No more revenge-crazed squirrel-slaves and blubbering tyrant-stoats for me!

Gee, did that sound familar to any of you?

You might notice the little inscription at the top of the picture, "The Princess and The Pirate", something I forgot to erase, but meh, oh well. It works.

Enjoy!

OH YES! ONE MORE THING! I do NOT own Redwall nor Nelvana nor anything! That goes for my other two recently updated pics! So there!

It's kind of funny! I remember Crosstooth as the fox who tagged along with the pirates, as well as Celandine as the she-squirrel who loved Felldoh. Had Felldoh survived, she would have made a good daughter-in-law of Barkjon, the old squirrel who was Felldoh's father. I always thought Celandine was kind of funny in both the book and the novel. She's sort of cute too.

Thank you. :) Heh heh, actually, I think Trefoil was more Felldoh's type. Celandine was too silly and wimpy for him.

Yes, Celandine was a tad frivolous. Trefoil kind of had weird fashion sense in the TV show.

She was butchered in the TV show. The Rosehip Players wore matching tunics of black and gold and red and green (Celandine added frills and furbellows to hers').

Sounds like a uniform color or colors. In one of the beginning chapter illustrations in the Martin the Warrior novel, Celandine did not have a hat; just a frilly tunic.
