Tirzah Characters 2 by Kelaiah Tirzah Characters 2 by Kelaiah
Here are two more characters for my original story, "Tirzah."

The mouse is Barak (not to be confused with President Obama, mind you), named after the same Barak from the book of Judges in the Bible. Both Baraks are similar in that they are both of a timorous nature.

One thing you might notice about Barak is how similar his garb is to Zeriah the ferret's clothing - and that they both have idential amulets. That is because they hail from the same kingdom.

Barak is a prince, and Zeriah is his bodygaurd. But what are they doing in Tirzah, you might ask? Barak would prefer that remain a secret, as he intends on starting a new life.

And as for my other character...

Seriously, what is an anthro book without some hunky otter running around in a kilt? ;):XD::rofl:

This guy's name is Kain (I wanted a short name to contrast his actual size), and he is the biggest, strongest non-badger creature in all of Tirzah. He is also one of the gentlest, as well (but he'll whoop anybody who messes with his pals).

Kain is the youngest of 15, and the only son as well. He has TONS of nieces and nephews, and he lives in a fisher-otter village not far from the castle where Elihu and his friends live.

Another interesting fact: Barak is 18. Kain is 16. Surprised? ;):giggle::)

Both characters belong to me. :D:D:D:w00t:

Heh, love the contrast in size there! :giggle:
And he's a young otter? He's a big buff fellow - wonder what he'll be like when he's grown up? ;p

I love your character designs. I would never guess that Kain is only 16 :wow:

Thank you! :D:D:D:love::):D:D:D:) *snerk* Yes... actually, he was partly inspired by Deyna/Tagg from "Taggerung". Deyna/Tagg was supposed to be 15-16 seasons old during his time in the book, and could lift boulders 3 times in a row. :icondragonnod2:

Heehee, yep! They sure are! :D:D:D:boogie:

But as for the story, no, it can't be read, because its in the middle of being re-written. The entire story needs waaay more meat - and a few more bones, too. :giggle: But I hope the end result will be much better than what I had the first time around. :):):)

Honestly, I think the mouse is a tad hunkier than the otter.

I like the look of these characters. I look forward to seeing more about this story.

Oh gods what am I looking at? It's a bloody tank wrapped up in fur and stuck on a pair of legs. 0.0

XD

Yeah, I certainly wouldn't mess with Kain's pals. Seems like a quick ticket to a world of pain. I mean, bleeding heck, he's HUGE...especially for a teenager! Typically sixteen year old guys haven't hit their final growth. Either Kain's an exception...or he comes from a stock of giants. Yikes.

I like Barak, he does have a...look about him. I don't know. Before I read your description, I knew he was someone special. His clothes look well-made, I guess you might say, and there's something about his expression. I wasn't thinking "young prince" specifically, but once you supplied that tidbit my brain just clicked: ah, no wonder!

*sneeeeeeerk* Heh heh, wow, that's some description. :icondragonkekeplz: Though it's a very very true description. ;):giggle::)

Nah, he's an exception. Actually, when Kain was first born, he was a runt, and lost an alarming amount of weight. Everyone thought he was going to die, but then thankfully, he started gaining weight, even though he seemed to be a sickly child. Fast forward 16 years, and BOOM, he's a giant. Although otters are typically muscular beasts, Kain is one of those 'world record' types. :)

And thank you about Barak. :) Actually, if he were to size him next to Tamar, you'd find that they're almost the exact same size. And she's 13! :giggle: And I'm glad you saw a quality about Barak, that's reassuring not only about my character, but also my artisic abilities. ;):giggle::)
